We automatically manage a list of IP Addresses based on any agent / admin who works within your help desk. Therefore, any Read Receipt pixel they view will NOT be marked as read. To provide a bit more control, we also have a way for you to manually Block certain IPs for staff or managers that do NOT use the Zendesk web portal.
NOTE: We strongly recommend not sending Read Receipts to anyone other than the Requester. Instead of CCing someone within your company on an email with a Read Receipt pixel embedded, please create a new action to send a separate email to your staff.

Please replace the YOUR-ZENDESK-SUBDOMAIN with your Zendesk sub-domain. In the case of DeskPerk's Zendesk account deskperk.zendesk.com, deskperk is the sub-domain.
Please copy and paste the link above into an email to staff you would like to block from accidentally marking Read Receipts as read (add your Zendesk sub-domain). Have each of them click on the link you send them within the email.
